On October 28, 2025, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held a new Express Entry draw for the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) candidates. IRCC again issued only 1,000 Invitations to Apply (ITA) to candidates in the CEC-targeted draw. In round #375, the cut-off score was 533 points, one point fewer than it was in the previous CEC-targeted draws. The tie-breaking rule for this round was March 21, 2025, at 04:16:27 UTC. As of October 26, 2025, 248,253 profiles were registered in the Express Entry pool. So far, Canada has issued 75,485 invitations through Express Entry draws in 2025.
